Lokakavya Digital Foundation empowers communities to digitally conserve, co-create, and share cultural heritage. We envision intergenerational, multilingual, and inclusive networks that use emerging technologies, AI, 3D visualisation, and open digital tools ethically and creatively. Our goal is to preserve India's diverse oral histories, built heritage, and living traditions for future generations.

What We Do
Digital Upskilling & Critical Literacy
We conduct workshops, mentorship, and training in AI, digital storytelling, and open-source tools—empowering especially women and marginalised groups to engage meaningfully with digital culture.
Heritage Conservation & Storytelling
We document local heritage sites, artefacts, crafts, and oral traditions, creating open digital archives and immersive experiences powered by AI, AR/VR, and 3D.
Community Building & Co-Creation
We bring together artists, technologists, researchers, and community leaders to co-create cultural content and ensure inclusive participation in heritage ownership.
Research & Innovation
We explore ethical frameworks, new technologies, and prototypes that demonstrate how AI and 3D tools can serve cultural conservation.
